1. Line

Dry thread

Directly with watercolor in the paint tube,

Or slightly wet the brush to dip the palette in the paint,

You will draw darker and clearer lines,

But it doesn't have the fluidity that watercolor usually shows.

Moist thread

Simply moisten your brush,

You will get a different watercolor line.

2. Hatches and cross hatches

hatching

Draw a series of close together,

Lines in the same direction, creating a sense of texture.

Cross hatching

Crosshatching goes one step further,

overlay a second layer of lines on top of one layer,

The direction is reversed, creating different textures.

3. "Pounding"

Apply on the surface of the painting with this technique,

Use this method with caution,

Because over time,

It destroys the delicate brush,

It is better to do this exercise with a specialized pen.

4. Thin coating

Thin paint is used to describe irregular brush movements,

Draw a line or on paper

Apply a layer of paint. Don't think too hard about it:

Simply apply irregular pigment in one place,

It will give you a cool texture.

5. Pointillism

If you've ever seen Seurat's work,

You'll know what pointillism is.

Draw small spots or dots on paper,

Once a considerable number of points have been created to fill an area,

The enchanting texture will appear.

This technique is great for drawing trees.

6. Pat splash

Tap your brush,

Don't let it touch the paper.

A large amount of wet pigment is applied to the brush,

Holding the brush in one hand,

Gently tap the top with your other hand,

The paint will be splashed irregularly.

7. "Scouring"

This method is especially common in watercolor.

Make sure your brush is wet enough to glide on paper,

The pigment is then applied to dry or slightly damp drawing paper,

The pigment creates an area on the paper.
